1. Breathe
Close your eyes. Inhale for 4, hold for 4, exhale for 6. Repeat 3 times.
2. Ground
Place your hand over your heart or womb and say:
“I am safe. I am sacred. I receive what I need.”
3. Engage the Senses
Use one item from your box slowly and intentionally.
(e.g., light your candle, apply body butter, sip tea, or light your smudge stick)
4. Reflect
Ask: “What is my body asking for today?”
