Refund policy

At BeWell Darling, each item is crafted or printed with love and intention—especially for you. Because many of our products are made-to-order (including journals, apparel, mugs, and other merchandise), we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

Final Sale Items

All personalized or made-to-order items are final sale. This includes: - Print-on-demand journals - Apparel and accessories - Mugs and wellness merchandise We cannot accept returns for these items unless there is a printing error or damage in transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. We will be happy to send a replacement or issue a refund if eligible.

Exchanges

Because items are printed or assembled specifically for your order, we are unable to process exchanges at this time. Please double-check sizes, colors, and customization options before ordering.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the EU, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt, per applicable law. To qualify, the item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected (if applicable), we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable
