Our first conversation explores where you are, what matters to you, and what you would like to work toward. Together, we’ll identify your priorities and begin shaping your next steps.

Follow-Up Session | 60 minutes | $120
Continue working toward your goals, reflect on progress, explore obstacles, and refine your action steps with ongoing support and accountability.
